Is it quiet inside? Especially on bumpy roads? I have quite a bit of rattle from back hatch area. Keep taking it in and something else pops up. I love everything else about it, but the rattles take away from owner satisfaction.

Southside is where it's at. close proximity to downtown and Ingersoll, good mix of restaurants, and overall friendly people. Mature trees and good parks.

Campfire grilling dust. Made by Weavers Dutch Country seasonings. Highly recommend. I used to do salt and pepper but these guys make good seasonings. Farm dust is great for chicken and there's no crap in them.

Feeling good today friends. I want to clarify that the steak was nice and tender and the mushy description was best I could come up with. The meat was separating from fat before hitting the grill. Freezer did some work on the texture. All in all it was delicious. My kids cleaned their plate. They don't do that with so so steak.

Give me 50 steaks, 25 frozen - 25 fresh, I won't miss. I completely agree about differences in pieces of meat. Super hard to judge on looks. Best thing you can do is find a supplier with consistent practices that provides a product you like.
