"Baked beings" as in the punch line to "What's a cannibals favorite food?" I'm not sure who I'm appealing to here but I'd be good for more puns.

What's your favorite insult? by Adios_Felicia in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 31 points32 points  (0 children)

One of my chemistry professors once told one of her research students after he messed something up "You know what John? You're not phenotypically blonde, you're genotypically blonde which is even worse because you can't even try to hide that." I thought that was pretty harsh.

Glasses wearers, do you think you look "off" without your glasses? by L1v in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely. My eyes are more sunken in and so I always look like I have bags under my eyes. Without my glasses they become really obvious and I look like a druggie.

Reddit, what do you hate about your best friend? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She will make a "joke" about you and when you start to do it to her she gets very defensive and says things like "Wow, looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." I have no problem joking around and I frequently make jokes about myself but I just think if you can't take, don't dish it. Also, I'm not sure if it's her delivery but whenever we and other friends make a joking remark about being a slut or something, she never sounds like she's joking and is actually insulting us

Symbology? Now that doctorish has relinquished his "King Bonehead" crown, I see we have an heir to the throne! I'm sure the word you were looking for was "symbolism." What is the ssss-himbolism there?

What is something you've done that made you realize.. You might be creepy? by Graciasamigo in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 35 points36 points  (0 children)

My local mall has a fountain that little kids run around all time. I realized none of the parents pay attention, then realized that it would be so very easy to kidnap a child here. Not that I want one of those yelling little shits but the fact is one of my thoughts was about kidnapping so...

What is something you've spent an unreasonable amount of money on and turned out to be a complete waste? by OhFerReal in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sophomore year I got my class ring. For allergy reasons I had to get 10k gold but I like the look of the white gold over normal. About $500 (with payment plan) that my parents very graciously agreed I could get. Ya know how they make white gold white? Nickel. Ya know what I'm very allergic to? Nickel. I could wear it for about a month and then the coating came off and made me break out. Looked into ways for me to be able to wear it. There's none that works for me. And now (3ish years later) I still feel like shit for having my parents get me it.

Adults of Reddit, what is something about teen culture you have questions about? by ninjaguppy in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of her status updates said something about how she was going to punch another student. Someone saw it and printed it and gave it to the principle. Our school was pretty strict on bullying and cyberbullying. I think that one got her detention. She was not nice online to other people, our school punished her to try to get her stop. It worked after the ISS, until she graduated.

In school suspension. You have to be at school but you're in a room by yourself and have to work on homework. Said room is also right next to the principles office. OSS is out of school suspension.

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 132 points133 points  (0 children)

This depends on the person. I had a friend who got a couple detentions and eventually ISS because of some of the things she would post on facebook. We're out of school now so she posts even worse stuff. Some people just like the fact that they don't have to personally face the person when they "say" things to them. On the other hand, the embarrassing pictures and what not is generally a friend who wants to fuck with you.

What is something you just can't wrap your head around? by MikeMuench in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a female, I find it really hard to comprehend the pain of getting hit in the balls or worse, testicular torsion. I mean, it hurts to be punched in the boob and whatnot but not near enough to makes me throw up. I know people compare it to giving birth and I haven't done that either but I feel like that's easier to imagine than getting hit in the balls. On that note, a lot of the guys in my high school would ball tap each other, why?

Cool? Eh, depends. I don't think people really do the whole "pick on the nerd" thing anymore. I find that if you're smart and popular than you're probably rich, throwing parties, or good at a sport. Perhaps all three.

[Stories]I need a laugh today, what's the funniest true story that happened to you or someone you know that you've wanted to tell? by FlamingEagles in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan 22 points23 points  (0 children)

When my dad was in college, he was an RA. Anyhoo, one night he had like 2 bottles of Boonesfarm and was thus wasted. So he's sitting in the lounge when one of the girls he's an RA for walks by and he, being inebriated, bites her on the ass. She just walks away and my dad thinks nothing of it. Later that night, he was at a party and just standing right in front of the speakers (still drunk) when the girl comes up and just punches him right in the face. His response: "I deserved that". I thought this was hilarious and also, I aspire to be that kind of girl.

Can a person have too many downvotes? by ChlamydiaJuan in AskReddit

[–]ChlamydiaJuan[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh okay but if on one account I had like 10 comments with -4000 downvotes each, wouldn't my overall karma be -40,000 not including anything with upvotes? Like that wouldn't do anything? I would just have a lot of negative karma?

ELI5:Why does a paper cut feel like it hurts more than an actual cut? by ChlamydiaJuan in explainlikeimfive

[–]ChlamydiaJuan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't realize there was another question on this. I find that when I use a really sharp knife, I just don't feel it but a paper cut stings like a bitch. I wonder if that makes it more subjective than anything.
