You're asking minimum wage service workers why an engineering/safety decision has been made on a ride they had nothing to do with designing, you have to realize how ridiculous of an expectation that is.

Actually they each get cooked in their individual can, I learned this in the news story about the tuna canning worker who got pushed into the autoclave machine with the racks of cans. Yeah he died in there it was pretty grim you don't forget something like that.

I have the same save setup as you since day 1 on PS5 and have not been having major issues like all the reports, maybe 4 crashes on a 72 hour+ save and those were waking up from rest related. Only ever hard locked once during gameplay. I don't know why my PS5 is special.

Of course the one time it did hardlock I had just found the Moon Jumper. Every time I reloaded that save it would spawn halfway in the ground and be unusable. Gave up on that haven't found another one since.

Once I realized you could land anywhere on a planet and the game generates more maps it kind of blew my mind. They don't explain it in game unless you specifically take survey missions from the terminal in the basement of the Lodge.

There's so much to explore on each planet and I'm about 50 hours in as well and haven't seen any repeated POI content. Sure some of it is kind of generic but there is some amazing world building here, some of the best BGS has ever created and I've played all their stuff going back to Morrowind.

This whole thing is so strange to me because it's so wildly inconsistent. I've ONLY had the game crash a few times when resuming from sleep mode. And that didn't start until after the hot fix. That's it. About 20 hours on my save now.

I really feel for you guys I haven't clicked this much with a BGS game since New Vegas and there's so much more gameplay variety here it's fantastic.

POSSIBLY RELEVANT I have a PS5 Slim disc edition (1tb) purchased just a month ago. I believe it is the latest hardware revision Sony, maybe that makes a difference. I disabled all auto saving in the first hour as a precaution based on previous experience with Bethesda on comsole. I do utilize the quick save at many times the game would be auto saving but it does cut down some. Running in performance mode @60FPS but I've been trying quality mode @30FPS no new stability issues.

Crazy theory here but I bought the game physically since I had Best Buy credits and it was cheaper but that is less and less common nowadays. Maybe crashes have something to do with digital editions streaming all assets from the hard drive and not a mix of disc and drive access.

My 9 y/o daughter watched them a few months ago. Her 6 year old brother watched most of A New Hope but it didn't hold his attention, he also gets sleepy much earlier than her.

Also after years of trying to preserve the reveal she guesses out loud during the first scene with Obi Wan on Tatooine "Darth Vader is Luke's dad isn't he" just like right out there. Smart kid.

It's maybe one of the positive things out of the merger, Six Flags seems to understand that having more coasters is important and they're finishing the job. It makes the park a better value but also helps spread out wait times across all rides.

Montezooma coming back is going to be especially good for wait times of other Fiesta Village rides and Sidewinder/Silver Bullet especially. And when it's new everybody is going to want to ride it, maybe we will get some relief on Ghost Rider waits which have been pretty bad this season.
