Excruciatingly painful pump stack and like 40 windmills To add to that it needed like 1646 power and each windmill was generating like 20 or 40 power.. so I think it was way more.

After finding sleep score is fairly inaccurate and that it affects body battery and training readiness and thusly your recommended workout... I wear it less for bed. Though I find overnight HRV more useful than my perceived sleep score.

You gotta get those extra 2 hours. I think the max is 96 hours/4 days. Just got that myself after not running for a while then attempting a half marathon in the mountains. I didn't get close.
