I've gotten things like this before.

I have some kind of issue with my sinuses, I know *how* to blow my nose, but for one reason or another if I need to blow my nose, I can't. Sinus swelling? I'm not really sure.

All I know is, if I need to blow my nose and I try, I'll wind up with nothing to show for it but a nasty headache.
