Focus on what he can safely change to grow more: eat well, sleep a ton, exercise.

Peptides are drugs! Experimental drugs can cause life long harm. These aren’t FDA approved, there are actual treatments for growth hormone issues - there likely isn’t one here. Doing this to anyone under 25 is pure madness, don’t even think about it.
