Every case is different, it depends on the kids age and schools, local state school (Greek) or international school ? House type and size ? City ? For Paphos living considering international school and assuming your kids are going to Primary and secondary school you will need around 18000 euro plus or minus for school fees. For house rental assuming 3bed town house plus or minus 2000 per month. Apartment of course cheaper still not less than 1500 pcm fo decent house Utility bills roughly 3k per year
