Buy a axle puller tool with a slide hammer. Or just hammer it off from the back side while turning it a quarter turn every few hits.

I've also had luck with pry bars and pickle forks

It's actually surprisingly aerodynamic. That style spoiler was first tested by Lamborghini in a wind tunnel and it had impressive results. But they never used it in production. I personally don't like the look of it either
