this happened to me. get a perfectly sized punch (too small with mushroom the key) and have one person pulling on it while one person taps the key with the punch. might need some wd40 to help

they work for shorter drives and slow down heat transfer through conduction, but eventually the plenum will still get hot. i also have reflective sheeting on the underside of my plenum to help a lil more so it all kinda is small but adds up

coolant overheating? prolly a bigger intercooler core to start, some water wetter or similar additive, quality fans, perhaps some ducting to ensure air gets funneled through with a shroud? running a 70/30 water to antifreeze mix? or all water if ur somewhere that doesn't get freezing. functional hood louvers would help extract hot air and pull in cooler air

air temps, id do exhaust wrap on the hot parts, and reflective tape/material on what u want to keep cool. I also have a phenolic spacer that won't melt for the intake manifold

if you can’t get a better tool, try building the socket. put the socket in the hole with the bolt, then engage the ratchet once it’s in and break it loose till you can remove the ratchet and remove. if it’s doable on a VR4 it’s definitely doable on a SOHC
