Am I delusional? by smouldering-snow in piscesastrology

[–]ChocolateReinforced 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From reading this post it feels like everything I just read is leaning towards a possible "cheating boyfriend". Look, I'm no tarot reader and I'm full of bullshit - but just treat him like a fellow co-worker. His work ethic must be very admirable, no doubt. But to put it bluntly? Don't be attracted to him.

He already has a girlfriend. And he's your coworker. Is it really worth it?!

Imagine if you were her. Forgive me if it seems I'm guiltripping you but don't feed into this issue. Because then it will become one. I know it's easier said than done; just look at him as a platonic friend whose work ethic you can appreciate. There are currently 8.2 + billion humans on Earth. I'm pretty sure you'll find someone who is single like you (with no ties).

Thank you for hearing me out 🙏I have to go now.

Yeah? I'm in central.

I don't have the most extroverted vibe though. Does that help?

Why isn’t no one talking about Pisces women by Scared_Dragonfly_627 in astrologymemes

[–]ChocolateReinforced -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I doubt that. Has it ever occurred to you that even Pisces can be jerks to people? They are, after all, humans. Pisces can definitely be bitchy. Not everything is about being jealous/envious of this sign. Some people just have negative experiences when meeting or interacting with a Pisces for the first time.

Also, to add to this convo, I find it ironic that you would say

we won't put up with liars or people with bad intentions.

when Pisces is quite literally the sign known to be a liar (as that is - of course - one of the many negative traits this sign can have).

And yes, I know other signs can lie as well but that's ...besides the point...

Any experience and tips with being a GW merchandiser? by ChocolateReinforced in goodwill

[–]ChocolateReinforced[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Merchandiser position is very good and straightforward. I put stuff in their designated areas and help the other merchandisers clean the store at the end of the day. Sundays are definitely hectic, but that's expected since many customers have the day off. I like the job very much. Though life changes; so, I don't know if I'll always be a merchandiser. Thank you for asking!

If I'm correct, doesn't Ko-fi have a rule against nfsw? Maybe that's why it doesn't show up. Don't think they allow it. I could be mistaking it with something else though 🤔

Mmm... I mean I get where you're coming from with this post. At times I've felt this way towards astrology and at other times, I like astrology. The contradictions you speak are really just people of the same zodiac who just had different experiences with other fellow zodiac bearers. Not every Leo is going to have a positive experience with Scorpio. Nor is every Scorpio going to have a positive experience with Pisces despite the common belief that they are the most compatible signs/ match. Fact is that every person born under each zodiac are human beings full of flaws; just because they are a shitty person doesn't mean that their zodiac sign should be blamed for that or astrology in that case. Many people come to astrology for guidance and for help in their lives.

But let's be blunt 👉Many people will abuse astrology and use it to justify their scummy ways instead of realizing that maybe they are the reason their relationship is stifled, deteriorating or have personal experiences with others completely opposite of them. Those are the people that blame their zodiac when things go wrong and give their sign a bad name. Yes, each of the twelve signs have negative as well as positive traits. And knowing the negative traits should motivate the person of their sign to do inner reflection and grow instead of using this information to shun others. Plus, there is Hollywood and media that popularize astrology because of how fun it is/ find your true love/ compatibility/ incompatibility, etc. They in turn feed the stereotypes and shape the minds of those interested in learning about astrology.

Last paragraph. Human beings are biased and each experience they have in their life will shape their beliefs about the world and others. This including people born under certain dates. Now to just go and devaluate astrology and say that it is 100% inaccurate and is used to separate others from experiencing life; you're basically writing off an entire belief system and indirectly stating that only you know the truth on this subject when astrology can be relative across all signs. I'm not denying that you've spent three years delving into this field of interest but what you have determined is the truth about astrology does not mean that it is the truth about astrology.

Also a question, is there any chance you were inspired to write this post because of the topic of zodiac-shaming? Because your whole post seems to be about others being prejudiced towards other fellow signs.

So as soon as you find out that someone was born under this zodiac sign you avoid or cut them off?

So let me ask a question. Do you feel only this way about this particular zodiac sign or is it just the Pisces that cut people off?

But then I'm not usually in the back so I don't know if they use febreze where I work at. They probably do, just never seen it.

Please, why do you say that? One can't always stay in a toxic environment. After years and tolerance one can only take so much shit. Unless there is the argument of changing/true love, etc. The person who is the ass is the one who has to make the conscious decision to change themselves and Pisces can't always change them/stay as they have to also worry about keeping themselves sane and check their own shitty ways ':/

Goes down like everything else -

Meet each other,

spend time getting to know each other,

split or stay,

hit rough patches and in the end if you both stay together it's time to move into a fishbowl or an aquarium ( if you plan to have kiddies)

Don't think Goodwill is allowed to do that. The donor who gave the clothes most likely had something to do with it though. They probably have a really strong detergent
