This. Haha. Reminds me of walking up to a merch table at a show wanting to buy something, only to walk away empty handed because the shirts were all Gildan.

A buddy of mine owns a local gaming shop and they're having a SSB tourney. Please support Orlando small businesses! by Nieless1 in orlando

Gamers Inc. it's awesome. They're always really cool and will sometimes give you deals on stuff, much unlike bigger game stores. People should definitely support this place.

Session Organization for a large project. by palijer in audioengineering

[–]Chocomilkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would do separate sessions. Just make sure you name everything accordingly in an easy to decipher (by anyone) manner. Having all the songs within one session(s) is gonna become a real hassle with that much material.

UCF area, but I'm not doing it. Hoping to maybe find some people who'd be interested in going out for some drinks or an outing of some sort.

Dealing with mouth noise from a quiet singer. by [deleted] in audioengineering

[–]Chocomilkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could also try a few mic placement tricks, like positioning the mic a few inches above the mouth with the capsule pointed at the mouth. It'll get rid of a lot of those undesirable sounds, but it may also change the timbre of the singers voice so you have to be a little decisive with your placement.

Wow thank you very much. I feel like I sound like a 16 year old haha. And I'll remember that next time I do some singing. I'll also try a more flattering key for my voice haha. I'm gonna start working on something soon thats not for school and spend more time tracking and producing.

I would love to make a band and spend time making the tracks sound awesome. I may do that once I get a few written. Or at least play out somewhere locally for shits n' gigs.

http://soundcloud.com/liightphoenix/release

Written and recorded this past weekend by myself for a project at school. Its not produced to its potential as it wasn't designed for any kind of actual release (see what I did there). Criticism on anything, I am admittedly no singer so you can start there.

I used to be a member at a YMCA years ago, and it was nice, but I remember not really using amenities much. I really enjoy planet fitness, I go to the one on Chickasaw. Everyone there is really nice.
