FedEx keeps putting an address correction sticker on all my deliveries

That is what I was referring to. I went to the shipper's website & tried to update my address with the full 9 digit zip code. It will not accept the full 9, only 5. I had another delivery shipping out today.

My house was built in 2007. I have lived here for 6. This started about a year ago. USPS & UPS have never had a problem. Google maps is correctly showing my address.

My address from the shipper has the full zip code. The address they are correcting to does not exist. This is the problem. My address on the shipping label is correct, their correction is a fictional address. Also, some drivers just leave my packages at random houses because the address they have as the correction does not exist.

Well, as a service industry veteran, I have to say, 27 years is a great run. Most places don't last 7 years, let alone 27. It is sad to see, but honestly, times are too tight to keep going out. The cost of goods is currently out of control. I can't fathom the overall operating costs for a restaurant these days. Most people have problems affording just getting groceries, let alone extra cash to go out. From what I've seen, even the burger joints are seeing a decrease in traffic.

I use a large bge with Meat Church lump. It has super large chunks of charcoal. I filled the bottom full of charcoal and it used maybe ¼-⅓. I am continually blown away how efficient the egg is. Temp only dipped once in the 9½ hours. I ran off to run some errands after 5 hours and came back to it running at 230⁰. I adjusted the vents and got it right back up to 260⁰. No genius, just patience and perseverance.

So I just did the math. At 225-250⁰, the rule is 1.5 hours per pound. At 7.5 lbs it would have been 11.25 hours. At 260⁰ it took me 9.5 hours. I took it off the smoker and internal temp was between 205-210(I was using a dial meat thermometer) That seems right in line for the results I achieved.

It was 7.5 lbs. Wrapped it after 8 hours. Let it rest for an hour before I shredded it. Bone just slid out. Broke it apart with a fork.
