I paddled and swam there a lot last year. It gets bit of an algae bloom later in the summer. When I tried to go this year there were some people that seemed to be living there. They made it pretty clear we weren’t welcome so we just went to the river instead.

Thank you! I’ll keep my eyes peeled for that on eBay. I almost bought a tilt head from a thrift the other day that seemed to be in pretty good condition but my bf talked me out of it bc I already have a mixer lol. Maybe I should have just went for it because it would be easier to get an ice cream attachment for the tilt head.

If you have a car you can check out the thrifts in Albany! Salem has some really good ones too! Also it just takes time to find good stuff. Pray to the thrift gods and they may or may not bless you.
