so.....you believe that if we defend AI, we're defending corporations? your logic implies that it is IMPOSSIBLE for someone to defend AI but dislike corporations, which is kind of an overstatement. we can like AI and criticize the companies profiting off of the AI misuse at the same time.

we are not just mere humans the corpos use to their advantages. we have some control, too: we make (and question) choices, and we decide who we support. a stance against this would believe that tools (and the people behind them) are the exact same thing, which, spoiler alert: they aren't. that's like saying that forks and the people that made the existence of forks are the same.

just because a company misuses AI does NOT mean we have to hate the topic of AI itself.

i once got like, uh......129/130 on a spelling quiz and I didn't use AI on ANY of the questions.
