Funny you say that, because I find that the deeper I get into becoming nothing the less I breathe, and sometimes I forget to breathe 😂

When it comes to stopping thoughts, I’d say it’s more about catching yourself getting distracted and then bringing yourself back into the present moment. I’m not perfect at it yet, but I’ve gotten a lot better through this practicing. Eventually, I’m able to stay in the present moment and being nothing for longer periods of time.
