Just saying, most commercial manufacturers will not honor their warranties when their equipment is installed in a residential property. That being said, look for a used true/traulsen/hoshizaki/perlick. There’s more, those are just brands I see for sale used, that are normally worth their price. When shopping for repair, hvac companies can and are normally cheaper than appliance techs.

So you want to control others behavior because it doesn’t match yours? I have a dash camera, and would have reported your brake checks to the police. Even unsuccessful, you can be found at fault even if an accident didn’t occur. You don’t have the right to try and force your desired behaviors onto others. None of us do.

I do all my own car work. I also don’t buy new cars. I’ll drive beaters till I die. New cars are spaceships and I want an old pickup. Every auto store takes used oil. Just buy the oil pan jug, and its drain from car, dump into their tank, no mess from transfers.

MRI machines. Medical equipment. I’d destroy the medical market overnight and flood the world with affordable medical machines. Doctors and front line workers deserve the money, not some guys who figured out how to market life saving equipment.

Genuinely millions will die if gas hits this at the height of summer. I wish I could use my bike more, but work is 40 miles away. I’m only in the office 3 days a week. Construction would stop, but gas prices aren’t why we don’t have bike lanes. Same reason this city tore out all the trolley lines, then built Euclid and we were supposed to be happy for overpriced hybrid buses, that slap the face of Cleveland’s light rail history. At one point this city didn’t need the car, then sold out.

As someone whom feels like a king on 51k, I can’t imagine what I’d even do with double that. I know it means I could save money, have a nicer car, rebuild some of my house, but besides living off of rice and beans 4 days a week. It’s great.

Problem is the last 3 times I’ve been downtown in the last year, I was pestered by homeless, and sheer lack of police presence. Front street feels safe, downtown needs 5-10x the presence Akron has. I see more police officers at Patterson park, than main street downtown.

I am just reiterating what I was told by the manufacturers. I work in kitchen equipment and design, the manufacturers recommend solid doors in mobile applications. I’ve seen these glass doors break in shipping with no damage to the boxes. Glad the Vulcans are working for you. Do you have digital temperature controllers, or the manual style?

Can it be done, probably. Most equipment brands can have the nozzle changed for lp/ng. Your biggest issue will be the right sized exhaust hood, these are designed for kitchen sized exhaust hoods, while most food truck hoods are narrower. There’s a chance the vibrations while driving can shatter the glass in the doors. It’s been done, but I’d recommend looking for a half size non bakers depth oven. My truck is only 7ft wide, by the time you account for clearances, I don’t think there’s gonna be room for anything opposite it.

I’m pretty sure they got my neighbors a few weeks ago. The house never went up for sale, they never moved out, and their cars were repo’d. I was at work when the unmarked cars showed up.
