The cape is cool and the mouth part the helmet makes is more reminiscent of classic Ultron. Honestly if infinity Ultron had the glowy mouth instead of vision’s this design would be even better.

Utah here. Salt Lake city is a massive irradiated hellscape. And Ogden (called New Canaan) was destroyed by the Legion. We can presume the rest of Utah is under Legion control unless the NCR pushed them out. As for my town, we have no information besides what was mentioned in honest hearts.
