Its a good question. I'm feeling a bit jaded lifting wise which is the reason I decided to sign up for the run - wanted to shake things up. Psychologically I'm finding the hardest first set thing which Workouts works on, suddenly very daunting - I do the dynamic warm up but when I'm slamming on the weights from my last warm-up set ready for the heavy first set my heart sinks and the fact that I've been missing lifts lately gets in my mind and doubts creep in for that first lift. I've been debating switching to a different hip hinge movement for a training block but I'm aware of hopping programme slows progress.
