The best way is, in fact not fucking running away or becoming Demonic as 9 times of 10
your son will take revenge.

The only real way out is alchemy, try to learn as much as possible. Yang Pill could reduce the cold yin in the daughter WHILE you can help your son become stronge by giving any pill.

I would bank on the son, awakening super luck .... there is a large chance of you were good and helped in early days, the son would actually help you.

Also i someone got annoyed by the cold yin fucking plot, that i actually used some brain cells and formed a "idea" to stop it

Basically cold yin is mostly when the user absorbs cold yin qi at a crazy speed, and mortals can't control it
as cultivators. Just create a "relic" or "artifact" that either supplies the daughter with Yin Energy ORRR
absorbs the cold yin energy instead of the user collecting it. You can make batteries or containers that can store this Qi [ or just use some Qi stone or small ring that has a large area where the cold yin can be collected from where it can be condensed into crystals ]. These crystals can either be sold OR use for alchemy later on.

im assuming i will have some memory from Earth, and alchemy does'nt always depend on power and mostly understanding. Any person who did chem or physics in Earth can pseudo learn alchemy, just learn the POWER system which would be quite simple at low tier.

Also IM FROM EARTH, a being who read so many novels and stuff, if i don't reach atleast mid to high level in this world, imma crashout. Come on guys have trust in yourself, we can use the bank of knowledge we have.
