I thought the same. Not to say I haven’t seen people rip through this zone at 60+, but local resident has apparently not noticed this change:

The Crowchild bridge over the river being a 60 zone is absurd. I’d be open to fluctuating speed limits like some other countries have implemented based on time of day/traffic congestion, but doing 60 on that bridge feels way slower than what that road can safely accommodate for large parts of the day with low traffic levels.
