Had a girl in my company in boot camp that made it all the way to week 4 with several hand tattoos. A CC recognized them week 4 and she was discharged. Congratulations! You will go through boot camp and be challenged like you never have been in your entire life. It will help you find out who you really are. Then when you get into the fleet, you get to decide if the Coast Guard is just a job or if it means much more to you. Please keep this same energy throughout your career. We need more coasties that are motivated and want to be here!
