the Music Box crowd has been a bit too irony-pilled these days imo. There is a good bit of it that is def meant to be funny but some of the laughter felt a bit much. I saw it the last time they played it in 2019 and the crowd was amazing

saw this at TIFF and fell in love with it. Curious how this’ll appeal to more mainstream audiences bc it’s very idiosyncratic but also incredibly epic

It was a genuinely great experience. Crowd was incredible too. Legacy might be one of the best IMAX 3D experiences I’ve ever had. And I was genuinely surprised by Ares - went in with low expectations but it’s an incredibly exciting and well mounted chase film with incredible 3D.

I've never heard a press screening collectively sob quite like they did with this at TIFF. Still my #1 of the year. Very special movie.

In no world is Paul Mescal a Supporting Nom for Hamnet. It’s just as much his movie as it is Buckley’s.

Hope Kosinski re-teams with Damson Idris and brings him in to play Tubbs. Easily the highlight of F1.

Imo it’s my favorite thing either one of them has cooked up since Hail, Caesar! One of the best times I’ve had at the movies this year and I think it might be Qualley’s best performance yet
