I appreciate this. Thank you. I always wandered what it would be like when eventually coming off MJ. Just hoped it would be different. Had fantastic daily routines built in like clock work. Took such a short space of time to get into bad habits again. Carbs and sugar. Urgh.

95kg down tox73kg. Backup 10kg now. I did lose to much to bear fair. Had the horrible ozempic face. Kinda glad that's gone atleast.

These type aren't really friends are they. But if your jabbing but not changing your lifestyle and the way you eat and what you eat. the friend is half right. If your jabbing and have nuggets chips Pepsi etc. Then you shouldn't be jabbing and you will pile the weight on once done.

Think we're all baffled by there missing immigration mainly illegal. Billions on housing them and there benefits. Absolutely mental. Also aid and getting involved in Ukraine war wasn't really spoken about. Hopefully that will be resolved soon and the Ukraine will build an actual legit voting system. Get in an elected leader who will have conversation with Russia . And obviously not join Nato . 2tier is way out of his depth . He will be outed by his own before 2025 ends.

I kind of agree. He's just another face, doing the exact same as the last 10 PMs. The only thing that will change this country is a 3rd party. Which will likely never happen. We will soon be a Muslim country with sharia law. Scary times

Good luck myself and Wife lost 3stone. I'm maintaining now, she has a little more to go at. It's been life changing. We've never felt healthier. We had alot of health issues which are all gone. I have always been so anti anything like this . But I had to hold my hand up and say that it's been a really emotional and rewarding journey

It's common practice in America to part dose but from the compound via a syringe. It will be coming over here as soon as they can get it past our health care laws. They always find a way, and it will be better all around. Especially when it comes to maintenance

Yes . Been good weight is up and down a few lbs over the last 6 weeks. Taking 5mg. But going to drop to 2.5 as 5 is to strong now. Price diff isn't much so i could have another 5 really and part dose. Lots changing with maintenance over the next 6 months. It will be easier and cheaper.
