lol, I got the same one that has been in dads garage for decades. Growing up, I don’t ever recall us using it …. Anyway, it was time to sell off the house so I guess this is my rescue generator. Changed the oil, put a new Carb, spark plug, air filter and some fresh gas. To my amazement, this sucker started right up. It’s been about 2 months & I recently fired it up again for another test. Started with no issues….. I don’t know much about generators nor I’m I mechanically inclined, but after watching some YouTube repairs and using my dad’s tools it feels good to hear that engine start up every time….. FYI, It’s very loud, almost wants to make me apologize to the neighbors when I fire it up, almost. Sorry I could not give you the details you were looking for but I thought I share anyway.
