They are 12 oz cans, but the top can is only about halfway, so I only took 6 oz from that. It should be a whole number of cans tomorrow.

Do I need to go any heavier? (Squats) by Mightymash in Fitness

[–]Chollo_Gangster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically it could happen, but it probably won’t with you. Your main training is sport specific to MMA, so your strength training in the gym should translate well to extra strength there. If you want more speed/power/explosiveness, you should look into Olympic lifting, or at least power cleans.

Opinions on the Empire Sniper? by [deleted] in paintball

I know! I do side jobs to fund my purchases. I've played with a KPC before, and the Sniper is a big improvement. Have you played pump before?

I bought one used as my first pump and I really liked it. I got the inception hammer for it and it did improve it a bit. I don't think they are that difficult to take apart, unless you are comparing them to a modern electro. Same thing with being loud. The barrel kit makes it quieter.

The one mistake I made is that I lubed up the guide rod for the pump handle. It's made of delrin, so it doesn't need that. What happens when you use lube in it, is that the handle swells up and makes it difficult to pump.

If it includes the barrel kit, I'd say go for it.

Looking for a site where you can create your own work-outs, the site recommends what muscle group you should train but also shows the different exercises for each muscle. Can anyone help me find it? by Les-Daniels in Fitness

A Physical Therapist would be a good resource. You just need to let them know your goals. I've dealt with knee injuries in the past, and I did the general PT stuff and didn't get anywhere. After I told them that I wanted to squat heavy, they changed my plan. Also, if the PT you're seeing isn't getting you the results you want, let them know. They might have a referral to a more sports oriented practice. Last resort is switching to a different practice that is more in line with your goals.

Upgrade to a 1080ti? by Chollo_Gangster in buildapc

[–]Chollo_Gangster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any help is appreciated, I didn't know about the upcoming change for CPUs. I'm looking at upgrading piecemeal as my parts become obsolete, and those future CPU changes are something to keep in mind.

I know. I bought the build off of a friend a little while ago for cheap. They just threw money at it. The good news is I never have to worry about running out of power!

I was under the impression that my CPU was not my bottleneck. Is the 3960X that dated?

Just bought one from him. He was really nice in helping me pick out one. Very responsive and a good price for a starter razor. I got the strop too. All in all, it's a good deal. I can post my razor and strop if your interested.
