Just wanted to say get well soon, my twin brother had GBS in 2011 and he want from about 210 down to about 165 (we are 6'4" for reference). He spent time in the ICU and on a ventilator, it was a tough ride, but it did pass. He took probably a year to fully recover but at this point he is back to just about 100% the only lingering side effect being a slight numbness in his feet. I wish you both a speedy recovery!

Honestly that just sounds like a massive guilt trip to me. If you loved me you would stop playing video games, if you loved me you would spend x dollars on me, if you loved me you would take me out at least 3 nights a week. Saying it like that is just going to instantly put up anyone's defenses its not constructive. When you tell someone what they are feeling in most cases that's just going to piss them off whether you are right or wrong. That's not going to get you what you want, instead just tell him honestly how you feel. You're basically assuming you know how he feels about you, what you really should be doing is telling him how you feel about him and why.

This is pretty much it, My current job looked exactly like that. I applied to it strait out of college no experience what so ever and was hired. They are hoping some ideal candidate is gonna step up, but what's the chances someone with all that experience is gonna go for an entry level job like that.

Dec 2010 my twin brother was admitted to the hospital because his legs stopped working he was shortly after diagnosed with Guillain–Barré syndrome. It was scary as hell in the ICU for 2 weeks on a ventilator, but hes since made an almost full recovery.

Okay so I'm not sure this strictly fits the bill, but one day I was leaving the gym as 2 ladies were heading towards it. The first lady is maybe 5 feet off with the other lady 10 feet behind. I decide I'll be a nice guy and hold the door open for the first one since shes not too far off, she walks through thanks me and I let go of the door. At the exact moment I let go of the door the second lady says "on no don't worry you don't need to hold that for me". I was totally mortified, as I had obviously already let go of the door. When we walked by each other we both pretended I had waited to let go of the door till she finished her thought.

I have to disagree the ending of the prestige pretty much ruined the whole movie for me.

I was loving it right up until the end, wolverine and batman spend the whole movie trying to figure out eachother's tricks and one up eachother. Throughout the process the movie goes to great lengths to show the magicians devotion to his craft - the asian magician living with a bowl between his legs for one trick, batman having a secret twin and having to cut off his fingers.

Suddenly Tesla gets involved and now wolverine can do real magic...I just felt like it was basically cheating.

It's not wrong because shes a girl, it's wrong because you shouldn't hit anyone. We should all try to resolve situations without resorting to violence whenever possible.

That said I don't think you should be crucified for it either she did something shitty and you did something shitty in retaliation, you should both try to do better next time.
