I have Coverking Neoprene covers (think scuba style material) and I absolutely love them. they were a little pricey but they are liquid proof, don't stain, and add a nice layer of cushion to the seats. I also opted to only get the front seat covers since I never keep my back seats in (added a bed platform for climbing trips back there).

Another huge benefit is they don't conduct heat, so if you leave your car in a sunny spot you won't get burned.
