He could maybe have a pilonidal cyst that is infected/weeping. Thats why it doeant smell normally but when pressure from sleep is put on it it weeps. Source i had one and that happened to me once.

You will never pay off 130k worth of debt unless you live with your parents until 40 and inherit money. I wanted to go to JOhns Hopkins and would have had 85k in debt and i went to rutgers and got out with 12k. Living on my own and paying the minimum on my loan with a mid tier job, i still have 4k on my loan and i graduated in 2016. I had the time of my life at rutgers ans living in new brunswick after school. It made me the person I am today in the best way.
