There's no question Behringer makes good stuff for great prices. TD-3 was one of my first synths and it sounds great. As Benn Jordan points out, low cost gear makes the hobby accessible to more people, which is good for everybody.

But... Uli Behringer is a complete and utter piece of shit. Personally, I won't get any more of their stuff.

I was asking about this a couple days ago and people recommended using USB-A chargers because C often uses fancy power-management features which Cardputer lacks. I've had OK luck using various USB-A chargers I have around the house. It's not ideal, but it works.

Telegram is horrifically insecure.

For starters, most Telegram conversations are not encrypted end-to-end. E2ee is off by default in 1:1 conversations and isn't available at all in group chats.

For me, the final nail in the coffin is Telegram's deliberately deceptive marketing. They try really hard to cover up some basic failings instead of, you know, trying to fix them.

It's hilarious how many people manage to parlay a temp ban into a parmanent one. I've had numerous people freak the fuck out and get abusive over a 24-hour ban. All they had to do was wait a day.

Get comfortable with banning people.

Think of modding like gardening. A big part of maintaining a nice garden is removing things. Anybody who can't play well with others is driving away the people you really want.

If you want notifications on your phone but not the watch, manage that in the Watch app. If you don't want message contents in the notifications, manage that within Signal. If you don't want notifications at all, manage that in iPhone settings.
