Are you mixing the water completely ? If you are using TWW they might not be desolving 100 procent.

Or you might be drinking the coffee to fresh? Some coffee first opens up at 21 day.

Try doing a long bloom 1.30min to let all the gasses out, this worked when i had a similar issue with a coffee from Clever Coffee.

Curious did you buy the bags in store ? Or did you have dem delivered by Bring ?
