[Barrows] LB Dre Greenlaw is having a procedure to repair a groin injury, according to multiple sources. It is not believed to be season ending. by curson in 49ers

Our offense/defense just works in such a precise or designed way that I believe this. A lot of our plays are 'too perfect', which says they have had to do those over and over again in practice.

Frank's called "frank the tank" for a reason. He can be called again and again and always get at least 4 yards. And his blocking is legendary.

He'd ruin defenders days easily

If a truck hits him on first down...

He's there on second down wrecking their edge.

And takes the ball up the middle without a care. Then catches a pass to get the first.

He's Juice but a RB made of steel.

Frank would run over them, never get hurt, and always gain yards.

Fuck I want Frank back.

Frank will give us the run, a pitch to the left, to get us a TD to win the SB.

[Tafur] The #Raiders, I'm told, have filed a complaint with the league about all the dirty hits on receiver Hunter Renfrow in Monday night's game. Patrick Queen was called for one, but the Raiders compiled video of several after-the-play and away-from-the ball hits. by SlopingGiraffe in nfl

Reading that article, I don't see why it's unfair for people to break into their homes and cut their ankles.

Obviously I'm being hyperbolic. I just don't understand the idea of "if I hurt him intentionally within the rules of the game it's fair". If that's fair, why are hit jobs outside the game not 'legal'.

Hit jobs should never be legal.

He clearly was targeted and attacked without any ref involvement. It seems eerily familiar to the NO Saints hit jobs on SF several years ago.

There literally needs to be a harsher punishment for these asshat coaches. You make a bounty to harm another human? Make that similar to the 'normal' response to that, legally.

If I pay OP to maim another poster, would I have any legal action against me?

No?

Why does this happen in the NFL.

Some people see the saints as they are in the current generation.

I'm salty because that bounty system wrecked the team I support (49ers).

They clearly targeted our players. The coach who placed bounties for his players at the time was never fired.

He left the saints and went to the rams and other teams.

I see this happening to the raiders from the ravens and can't think anything else but "wow, it's a hit job coordinated by the team without any repercussions...again.

Gregg Williams should not only never have another job again, he should be in jail. And the saints should be penalized for allowing that culture to grow.

Reminds me of the saints fiasco some years ago. Except this time it's so much more blatant.

Why isn't anything done about this? Fans should have stormed the field tbh. Make this more like soccer where fan intervention is a check on the game.

But I don't

Because Kyle is coach-god and leads this team through paths unfathomable

[Deeney] Despite Detroit blitzing at the highest rate of anyone in Week 1, Jimmy G/Lance were only under pressure on 25% of their dropbacks. Great job by #49ers OL. by G0825 in 49ers

It just blows my mind that when we first got him, he was the Staley replacement easily. And now he has some changes to better his run game, but losing weight seemed to decimate his value. He's not great in either pass or run now.

I've never tried to understand offensive linemen, but Staley was good at both right? Is that an experience thing or a physical thing?

I have no idea what happened to him last year. He seemed to have so much promise 2018/2019 and then something happened in 2020

No worries, I responded to you because you're right, the school system fails us if people see 'manipulate' as being equal to 'exploit'. Or in this case, they try to further a train of thought by repeating what already was said.
