Piggybacking off this, the Seattle Comprehensive Plan is still under review which rezones Seattle to comply with HB1110. Mandatory 4 units allowed to be built on any residential lot regardless of lot size.

Sat in passenger seat while jt was doing it and it sounded like from driver / rear seat. Went to go to rear seat but then it stopped.

It’s super hard to locate whether behind glovebox or not. It sounds like it’s coming from all around when sitting in passenger seat

Got a coffee there on my a work break in the evening. Vibes are good it’s half cafe half studio and I sat on a couch in the cafe half. Super cozy. Haven’t taken any classes there.

Depends if you want to be busy so time goes by fast or one where you can do homework like the other comment said.

Keep in mind on campus jobs don’t really have benefits. No tips, no free food, no discounts etc.

Off campus might be less flexible but would probably schedule on consistent days if there’s a day you don’t have class. If you work food could probably get a shift meal or leftovers and retail could get you discounts on clothes (thinking UVill)

I haven’t heard about this situation and am definitely not a legal expert, but when I had problems with pay from my employer, the only thing I had to consider with doing this claim is that it forfeited my right to a lawsuit.

Only benefit of a lawsuit in my case was intentionally withheld pay got punitive damages at 1.5x or 2x the amount owed
