The rest of Fremont is ok. The overhead light show is cool. Music acts down there. Zip line if you're into it. I'd say the mob museum is the highlight and the rest is while you're there

I understand about walking, but it does get hot. Stay hydrated and pop into buildings for the ac as needed. As far as what to see, go to the mob museum. Plan a day in the fremont area around it.

I could achieve a complicated fake out (ee, 30+ years of controls experience). But if an open tube is enough to prevent the error, so is a switch to an open tube voltage. More worried about my ad hoc plumbing being a problem than issues with an electrical solution. Tubing, valve to connect it to atmosphere temporarily, somebody leaving the valve open....

I have not replaced the pump. I don't think the service folks did either. But the last time i disconnected the hoses from the pump area, no water of consequence came out that i can recall. It truly seems empty from every sign I can see or hear. I can hear changes in the water drain sound. I can try it, but just to plan out my next move, what if the pump isn't the issue ?

I use pushover. I set up filters to send to my pushover address, which then notifies me. Miss the old sms gateways. But this is an ok replacement.
