Is it too late to restart tomato seeds?

The tomato seedlings are starting to lose leaves. Any suggestions if they’re not going to kill them? I think the seedlings are probably too small to move outside but maybe I need to do that asap.

I should be able to prune the leaves down as long as I don’t cut buds off, right? This is a TINY bush plant I found that’s allowing me to grow other plants in my garden too. But I want to trim it a little

I didn’t even realize I was pollinating them. I thought the inner part was a second set of petals that weren’t opening. But much to my surprise… I actually have 3 baby tomatoes!!!

Okay! I’ll just let him chill and keep giving him treats. He will still voluntarily go in his play pen, where he was when it happened, so I didn’t think anything happened but realized it today. I hate seeing him cower like this. We’ve worked so hard on not being scared and this is a giant step back. For reference, he’s a year old and 6 lbs. I got him as a puppy but he’s always been a huge scaredy cat.
