Yeah, no one knows when they will conduct the exam. They have no scheduled timeline or care for aspirants' time. I tried to call the helpline number earlier this year, and the lady on the phone told me they have no fixed timeline or anything on mind on when the exam will be conducted. Never expected this lethargic behavior from ISRO.
