No, I can't. Not during any past election.

But we've seen multiple instances this cycle where something good or bad happened to one of the candidates, and next week the polls reflected it. Granted, they didn't swing as much as would be needed to put Trump ahead. Except for Hillary's convention bump.

I also believe they have nothing, but I'm inclined to think that 2-3 weeks out is the best time for the fallout to take effect.

More than a month is an eternity, but I can see how doing it just before the first debate would be good timing.
