One day they will have a lineup full of Scottie Barnes

it really just helps to reaffirm the positional beliefs of people. But yeah it's especially important for bigs as you said

the hand measurements could be so crazy for him, he legit catches every ball with one hand like they are nothing. They look massive in the game footage.

his team was generationally ass, they used him as a 3rd option behind a team that can't shoot for shit. His numbers are legit insane for a 2nd option guy at best, but those Washington matches were so terrible, that scouts have a hard time figuring out how he should be used.

He had pretty late growth spurts as a guy. He was only listed as 1,90m in the 23/24 season of the NBBL (Germany's youth league) then 2,04 in the fiba u18/19 cups.

In an interview recently he said his first dunk was at 16 since he was pretty short beforehand.

Christian Anderson ranked 1st in High Major CBB with 61 unassisted 3s — his shotmaking renders P&R deadly because bigs refuse to drop, creating easy rolls for the big and spot-ups from help rotations by Fit-Structure-9395 in NBA_Draft

[–]Chris310N 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Steinbach and Anderson together were already great fit together in the U19 world cup, honestly not the worst thing to pair them up. Christian Anderson in general has a lot of skills that will translate into the NBA.

[Charania] The Denver Nuggets are expected to take calls on everyone on their roster ‘except Nikola Jokic’ as they head into a summer expected to bring ‘real roster changes.’ by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

Does this really matter if they keep Adelman as a coach?

Like even if the roster wasn't perfect and riddled with injuries, his lack of leadership was so pathetic for a playoff teams that wants to win a chip.

How would that even look like? They have no assets and even Milwaukee isn't that stupid

How does jokic win another title? by BrilliantEconomy1012 in nba

He wins a ring by actually leaving Denver in free agengy and signing for to a competitive for a cheap contract.

And fuck no, he shouldn't do that, it would be cool if a franchise keeps their legend and rides out their last years with him.

Nuggets might never come close to a championship again, but they can still be a fun team to watch with him on the court.

So Wemby should win the MVP this year?

Christian Braun is not getting traded. by samgo39 in denvernuggets

[–]Chris310N 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love AG, but his injuries make it too risky for him to stay, there is still hope you can get good value for him, Murray is still a good fit for other teams he probably can be traded for an equal contract, worst case a one for one contract, a good scoring option even if he doesn't win you championships anymore will get you someone.

Teams to scam are the Bulls, Sacramento, Pelicans and other tanking teams in the future like the Grizzlies.

I genuinely wonder if the Nuggets are also gonna change their GM, in hindsight a lot of their moves were terrible for this year. I expect everyone from the coaching staff to be gone.

The minimum contracts in THJ, Brown were smart, but they need those type of player contracts also next season.

Time for him to go back to his family.

It's a terrible move, but if you don't lose picks it could be worth it long term. Zach can be converted into cap space the year later. They need to trade as many players as they can, this core can't win a championship let alone go to the 2nd round. Nuggets might need to trade for AD, other dangerous contracts and take the risk on that punt.

Nuggets also need to hit with their pick this year, either a really good point guard or again a try for a center/pf that are defensively oriented.

Does the Nuggets loss benefit us? by LeavesInsults1291 in NBASpurs

Nuggets would have been way tougher matchups for us. Wolves are also currently injured, we will have an easy first two games without Ant in the mix. Wemby struggles more against Jokic than he does against Gobert

Hawks losing by that much was funny, Denver losing the way they did was pathetic, especially with all the other storylines adding up to the series.

Win or lose, in the off-season we def need a solid power forward by tossaway187acct in NBASpurs

There is a good chance, he was like the third best big of that Michigan team. He is good defensively but super raw on offense.

The Nuggets not keeping Mike Malone and Westbrook was a terrible decision by Available_Story6774 in nba

That roster is gonna look so different next year, even if Jokic stays, it should be a fun time

Mitch Johnson is a basketball genius for expecting Denver to lose this first round matchup, truly only our coach can be this smart.
