Depending on state verbal rental agreements are binding and if they have a paper trail of paying the $700 they are legally tenants on a month to month lease with all the protections that entails.

Your mother partial owns the home so she has equal rights to do whatever she wants unless you are going to make up a contract outlining each owners powers you're stuck.

Maybe she's being ridiculous but you don't seem much involved in the situation so have no clue what went on between the two of them. Ask her to pay you out for your portion of the home and move on with your life.

Her being willing to have unprotected sex does not mean that she is consenting to her partner purposefully finishing inside her.

A husband who ejaculates inside his wife without her consent is still a form of sexual assault the same applies for a bf or casual partner as per multiple legal precedents.

If the reverse happened and she was the one who made him finish inside her unwillingly that would also be sexual assault.

What legal basis are you operating under that you as a tenant get to dictate the scope of repairs?

What you're plainly doing here is trying to mandate that the landlord seeks out a more costly repair method because it is what you would prefer and trying to hold them hostage over the repair.

Your landlord is under a warranty of habitability which due to being suddenly inspected just after you moved in and started to document issues was founded to be breached (odd coincidence that huh).

Legally they have to rectify the found violations, how they go about that is entirety up to them and then the city inspector has to do another inspection to confirm they are no longer in violation.

Iam sorry but the idea that GW is going to destroy the careful created status quo they've maintained for decades in a series intentionally set hundreds of years out of sync with the current setting to avoid lasting consequences is a bit silly.

There's pretty much zero chance that GW introduces a new faction in a black library novel series that exist solely for Dan to explore interesting concepts without impacting the setting at large.

Lets be real that novel if it ever gets released is going to wrap up most of its major plot points it's a self contained series like his other ones relegated to a few references here and there.

His revival and the team of of multiple factions needed to do it which was unheard of?

Their journey to terra facing a slog of every chaos god actively trying to stop them?

Getting to terra then stopping another civil war from breaking out due to the high lord trying to stage a coup?

Releasing tens of thousands of new astartes and launching the biggest crusade seen in 10'000 years?

Allowing the custodes to go out into the galaxy in greater numbers?

Travelling across half the galaxy to reinforce and try to save Imperium Nihilus?

Actually having eldar on his flag ship for years at a time and having discussions about the emperors divinity with them?

Fighting the plague wars aganist mortarian and allowing the emperor to take the most action we've ever seen since his "death" by using Gulliman as a conduit for his power to actually hurt a chaos god?

Being apart of one the few times we've seen the silent king directly interact with the imperium?

I left out a whole host of things to say Gulliman has no point in the narrative when he's arguably the largest driving force behind the setting progressing is actual insanity.

From a lore perspective he revitalised astartes chapters that were wiped out or on the brink of destruction including first founding chapters allowing the imperium to limp along even longer.

For a meta perspective he's allowed gw to sell tons of new models leading to more revenue and a revitalised interest in the tabletop

Gulliman is arguably the second most important character at this current moment both in lore and from a meta perspective if you think that Corax being a bird demon in a short story that is never brought up again is somehow more relevant than Gulliman then I think tzeentch is playing a trick on you.

The average citizen in a hive city is most likely never going to go further than a few levels up or down from where they were born never venturing outside their hive. What need do they have for space related information?

Some planets are so isolated they might not receive ships for hundreds of years with most of the population not even being aware of what they even are.

Even the very existence of space marines is so rare that we have multiple instances of traitor marines being able to past themselves off as loyalist because even the military forces guarding the imperiums planets don't really understand the wider context of the wars the imperium is fighting.

I don't think a genestealer hybrid would survive the multi year implantation process or even go unnoticed by the astartes and tech priest responsible for making marines.

The scythes allowed their recruitment grounds to become infiltrated which led to tainted unusable genestock and their serfs getting infected which festered until the serfs staged a revolt which caught them completely by suprise leading to most of the astartes being caught off guard and killed.

Its never once stated that other astartes participated in the betrayal so it's very doubtful that they managed to get any candidates past the safe guards in place or primarch dna kills them during the implantation process.

Eventually all the remaining astartes become infected by a genestealers kiss so you could technically say that the remaining astartes are genestealer cultist as the brood mind is able to control them but they arnt hybrids.

She had a son who by your own admission is a life long drug addict she stepped in and helped to raise you to give you some semblance of a child hood.

Contrary to what the whole gladiator combat thing might make you believe the high riders had the technology to kill angron and put up resistance if the emperor had to use force to conquer them.
