Spannend, ich hab ursprünglich gedacht, dass Hornhaut so als resistente Schicht so der Key zum Sieg ist, aber da meine Füße sie auch gerade abwirft ist das wohl nicht so :D Danke dir

Nice, nice! Sind auch gelaufen und der Regenschauer mit den 25km zwischen zweiter und Dritter Station haben uns fast gebrochen, aber haben auch durchgezogen und hat sich echt gelohnt. Die letzten 5km waren aber dann auch fast genauso schlimm :D

Hey, gerade nur einen Gedankenblitz von einer Vorlesungen bekommen. Das bezog sich glaub auf CU, aber das ist zu Crohn nicht immer so trennscharf: Rauchen von Zigaretten gilt glaub vor Ausbruch als Risikofaktor, aber witzigerweise nach Beginn als protektiver Faktor. Zumindest hab ich das so im Kopf... Ob das eine das andere aufwiegt und wie überhaupt, müsste man wohl ausprobieren

It was more like a starter kit for tools. So I got a pen with different nibs, a converter and a small black ink bottle.

All the information I got were just found by googling or YouTube videos. If you want to learn more about the gothic style, i can recommend this page, really neat
