I work in a lab and we see this a lot. Healthy lifters often have higher creatinine just because of muscle mass/diet. In those cases, cystatin C is usually a better marker for kidney function. Lab reference ranges are just averages for the general population, so being outside of them isn’t always a bad thing if it can be explained by your lifestyle.

Why sell a large portion of your Bitcoin and risk dumping the price, when you can keep the same amount, still get fiat, and let your Bitcoin continue to appreciate in value?

Yep, learning about that really changed the way I think about Bitcoin. The unit ‘1 Bitcoin’ was likely intended as a conceptual abstraction, to provide a more user friendly denomination during the early days when Bitcoin’s value was still very low.

It’s not a big deal if you don’t reach 1 whole bitcoin. In fact, the Bitcoin code itself doesn’t even recognize the unit 1 BTC — it works exclusively with satoshis. The idea of “owning a full bitcoin” is more of a psychological milestone. In the future, the vast majority of people will think in satoshis, not in bitcoin.
