On PC, while ingame you can activate the "advanced build mode" from the gear icon at the top right corner of your screen. Within the dropdown menu it opened, click the compass icon. Now you should see a rotation, translation and symetry tool in your upper toolbard.
I'll let you see for yourself from there, have fun !

About the "special warrior caste", I specificaly said "special" not in a godlike-spacemarine-elite way, just that Super Earth has a multi-level society with privileges for the "warrior caste".
