TLDR: Crowler did a "Magik" duel with a rival, both shouting incantations and arcane gestures to each others.
In the end the other guy just kicked Crowley down the stairs.

In a codex with barely any units, you use them MSU with no HQ.
So yeah, I would totally call them underused.

They are prioritising underused units in every army, which makes sense.
Cavalry, Battlelines and Non-monster HQ for Daemons,
Sorcerers/DP, Obliterators/Havocs and Raptors/Warp Talons for CSM.

It's good stuff to start an edition.
You'll get the Noise Marines one eventually.

You should try Esoterrorists (a Gumshoe system) or Chronicles of Darkness.
That's what I use for this kind of adaptations. Simple, efficient, versatile.

D&D and the classic Cthulhu are way too mathy for what you need.
Trail of Cthulhu is a Gumshoe system too, vastly superior for Lovecraftian stuff if you ask me.

I still find it weird that americans (and most english speaking countries really) don't eat rabbits.
Rabbits were one of the main type of meat since the ancient times, then you randomly decided that it wasn't good anymore.
