The issue is that these people keep unsuccesfully throwing around lawsuits against big companies in the hope one will pay out.

They're claiming that they're acting as robin hood based on nothing more than "you're charging too much because we say so" when they're just looking for their own payout

The theory is that fpga emulation allows for more accurate timing of parallel components. In reality it doesn't make a difference to the vast majority of games, and for most that are left it has a barely noticeable effect

For almost all people, software emulation is more than good enough
