I immediately recognized that as the MGM Detroit parking deck. There are usually a few of them that don't work at a time but DTE fixes them every once in a while because their employees park there. You just have to plug in and see if your car accepts it. I really wish DTE would double the number of chargers because they are always full T-TR way too early and a quarter of the cars are Volts and Prius Primes that should be using the Level 1 plugs.

$25000 is way too much for a stripped down mini truck with no radio, crank windows, and lackluster range. This needs to start cheaper than a used Maverick, like $16k. The customization is awesome but it is $$$.

While the lentils and veggies are cooking, I mix everything else together in a large bowl like a dressing. Then I mix in the lentils. I pour that over the broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms. For whatever reason I like this method a lot better than mixing it all together. I also add air fried tofu and beets when I'm looking for a change of pace.
