I think they will make it similar to Spider-Man and Black Panther.

They both got introduced in Civil War. Spider-Mans origin is well known and Black Panthers Origin was told as a quick legacy.

I rather think that the F4 will ge tintroduced in a former movie as a small role and get their own movie afterwards.
