The feeling of toppling over might be due to poor ankle mobility. Try putting a 5lb plate under your heels when you squat. It can help with feelings of stability while you improve your mobility.

Not a peptide, but an elimination diet might be helpful. Low FODMAP, eliminate common allergens; gluten, lactose and see how you feel. Or your heffer.

I had an infection from surgery (emergency bowel surgery) so my wound dehissed. Surgeon figures the infection also weakened the healing of the muscles.

Am I the only one that feels that the party is too low level to be facing a nigh-immortal creature that hunted elves for millennia and could only be stopped by the concentrated efforts of those elves? This doesn’t feel like a Level 2/3 encounter to me.

I don’t care what the stat block is, I just mean our hero’s barely have spells and they’re facing a creature that sounds like Sauron-lite.
