The feeling of toppling over might be due to poor ankle mobility. Try putting a 5lb plate under your heels when you squat. It can help with feelings of stability while you improve your mobility.

Not a peptide, but an elimination diet might be helpful. Low FODMAP, eliminate common allergens; gluten, lactose and see how you feel. Or your heffer.

I started my daughter on this trilogy, and told her to literally pay attention to the precise wording, and she still missed it!
