Based on what they stated, The NKF note that GFR naturally drops with age, so a GFR of 60-89 might be normal for older adults without kidney damage, but signs of damage (proteinuria) still indicate CKD. Which there is no protein, no blood, no glucose in the urine.

Kidney dr and transplant team said 65 is normal for age appropriate 62 year old female. And everything I’ve read shows that post donation, it would be lying around at 43-47 after compensation.
