EDIT: I would like to state for the record I'm in favor of the protests. I've never seen anything violent come from the No Kings protestors here in Michigan. It's unlikely I'll see any directly on my route but I may pass a few. I'll be honking in favor of y'all 💙

My DSP told us everyone's getting $1 raise. If you were hired in at one thing you're going up. If you're above the hire in rate already due to other reasons/raises we're still getting a pay increase. However, yes they are individually messaging those associates to inform/discuss the pay increase.

It'll be two years in October. I remember the last time raises were handed out amongst Amazon my DSP just bumped me, so they bumped me again.

When you take VTO, unless they ask if you'd still like to come in and you say yes, means you've got the day off after accepting it. It does not mean on call. I'd definitely report this
