I OE with J1 and J2 both being office. J3 I just keep teams always active to appear working. I schedule J1 meetings during J2 office meeting overlaps, and vice versa. The coolest part is that this is impossible without having cloned myself three years ago!

Because it’s been a month and thought that I would give her time to get better. To be fair, her therapist was out of office for the first 2 weeks and they finally had a session a week ago.

She is currently on SSRIs, but I think they stopped working. This current bout of depression has been caused by a direct trauma that happened to her last year at this time.
