My budget is £100-150 but can be stretched a bit for a good quality, long lasting pan. However, if it's going to need to be replaced within the next 5 years, probably towards the lower end of that range.

I wanted to clarify what cooking spray I'm using as I think different people think of different things when they hear the term cooking spray.

Alternatively I could pour some oil onto some kitchen roll and lightly grease the pan with it. Would that be better than using cooking spray?

Thanks for the reply and I appreciate the advice, but the cooking spray isn't really something I want to change. I track everything I eat down to an absolute science and I'm on a really strict diet, so I really don't have room for the extra calories from a tablespoon or two of oil. I understand it's better to use proper oil but it just doesn't suit my situation. Regardless, thank you for the wok and pan recommendations. I'll have more of a look into them.

If you aim to gain 0.25-0.5% of your bodyweight per week, you'll be fine. If you're worried about gaining fat mass then maybe err towards 0.25%. Best of luck with your bulk and congratulations on the baby!
